Originally from Temecula, California, Mia has been in the hospitality industry for over 5 years. She began her culinary journey with Great Harvest Bread Company, where she started as a sales associate and finished as the store’s premier 3 a.m. baker.

When opening The Goat and Vine, it was an easy choice to bring Mia on as the Production Manager of culinary operations. She was our very first team member and worked side-by- side with Executive Chef/Owner, Alicia Trevithick in developing many of the recipes on our menu today.

Mia Pagano holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from California State University, Northridge, where she earned a Division 1 scholarship to play softball for the Matadors.

When not working, Mia coaches softball at her alma mater, Temecula Valley High School, enjoys reading about food and baking, and loves spending quality time outdoors with her two daughters and fiancé.
